2016 Fall Cooking Class

Monday, September 26th 6:00 - 7:30 pm  206 Leverton Hall on UNL East Campus

The September Chinese cooking class will feature Salty Crispy Chicken and Sweet and Sour Shrimp.  In class, we will give instruction and demonstrations following step-by-step recipes.  You are welcome to participate and get hands-on experience cooking authentic Chinese food and trying the new taste cooked in class.  Registration will start two weeks before the class. 

Due the classroom size, there is a limit to 20 people, so register quickly. There is a $20 nonrefundable class fee, which covers the expense of ingridients, handouts, food tasting, and beverages. Please contact Pamela Snyder to register. More information here.
